To my thinking, the only thing that can save this company would be U.S. legalization, and no one sees that happening any time soon.  Even with that, the company is imho very VERY badly managed.  Personally, I think firing Klein should be all but a given.  So in answer to your question, U.S. legalization would do it, and if Klein were also gone, I would be interested.

When do you see US legalization? I think most of us can agree 2022 isn't happening. 2023 and 2024 I have serious doubts about too. That leaves it as far out as 2025 and by then Canopy is toast. How long do you give Klein? I'd give him another quarter or two tops.

I get that the company be the farm on u.s. legalization back in the day, and at the time, supported this strategy. And it's really too bad that it will be this very strategy that will crush them. The reality is that legalization will not happen in time to save this company. Dems will lose the Senate this Fall, and then it's a multi year wait until Biden is done his term. If Republicans

Check out that link that I previousley posted and absorb what is happening, mostly on the quiet, with the US affiliates who have been positioned and financed by Constellation/Canopy for maintaining leadership as a world

My bet is "absolutely" it will go back to $75, or better!!!!  Despite best efforts in Canada, Canada dropped the ball with some assinine legislation that has hogtied most if not all of the Canadian players such that it is impossible to show black ink and with it has dashed a lot of the hope and momentum from the Canadian initiative for legalization for adult rec use.
