That's right but I believe Western gets $1 a ton royalty as part of the lease arrangement they have with Polaris to mine Western sand and gravel properties. I saw it in one of their reports, not sure which one. Westserrn may decide to sell or monetise this sand and gravel property as well.. Going from senior memory here.
