RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Going under $1

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Going under $1Been here a while.  Bought 50k when it was just over 20 cents.  Don't remember the exact date but It was early 2010.
Sandheads was in about 5 cents lower than me.     I sold of 20  but still held the remaining 30.  Collected the DIv ever since it started on a drip through through RBC.

Periodically I cash in some of the drip shares and put it into various opportunities.   Some with higher dividends but I'm not sure they are all as secure as Western.  My life long business was in the Construction and Forest industry.   So I understand it some what.  Makes it a bit more comfortable.
I actually worked with Herb Doman for a bit before he went bankrupt.     What a great & respected guy that man was.  Just made a mistake trying to grow at the wrong time,   over extending finances prior to a downturn and it caved in on him.
Western took it over.  They also crashed and Brookfield stepped in,     Turned it around put in good management  took their profits and moved on.
Here we are today one of the best managed, finncially stable forest companies in Canada.
