RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Well.v how does each clinic make moneyThe business is not acquiring clinics. It's to build a software bundle solution for healthcare clinics, e.g. EMR (eletronic medical records), paperless onboarding, patient portal with test results, telemedicine for follow-up appointments, electronic prescription, etc. Clinics are still very behind technologically speaking. The industry is ripe for improvement.
Hamed has decided to approach the problem differently than other healthcare software companies -- that is raising a whole bunch of money, then going through a few rounds of convincing clinics to test out the software and the company modifying the software to make improvements, and then ultimately convince the clinics to purchase it. Instead, the company is acquiring clinics to have their own ecosystem of clinics on which they can test the software (on a large scale) and quickly perfect it. Furthermore, the cash flow from the clinics will be used to fund the development/partnership/acquisition of healthcare softwares.
