I somewhat disagree with Hamed's sentiment that patients don't love seeing their doctor, as a lot of patients do,...and in fact, often is a highlight of their day. A streamlined modernized experience in a physical office for attached patients, with the option for telemedicine for adjunctive visits, I think, would be an ideal set up. Regardless, Well is in a very fortunate position to expand in so many ways.
