RE:Down day againDoes it really matter what it is?
The share price will move up and down in the short term, but long term we have an absolute gem here!
I don't like to blame shorters when prices go down, because realistically, I don't pay much attention to the share price day to day, since I wil not be selling until their M&A process begins slowing, their following organic growth begins slowing, and/or they begin paying regular scheduled dividens that are a high percentage of earnings.... This will be YEARS and YEARS away right now.
I am actively buying right now, as we speak, and adding to my large(for me) position in WELL. It is easily my second largest holding, and I have no problem increasing my stake in it at the moment, as it is discounted very heavily from what Li Ka-Shing paid for it, and what the most recent acquisiton in Ontario values it at ($9.80).... Those are some pretty nice short term differences for the time being, so back the truck up!
