Why would they have to dilute? They should have over $100M in cash and they are cashflow positive.

As to "the markets are always right", I don't think that's accurate unless you put a time stamp to it. In general, long term, I would agree that the markets are usually right (although some stocks stay overpriced/underpriced for a loooong time, like 2-3 years). Short term, the markets are often wrong, otherwise there would be much less volatility. Also, the market tends to overdo it both on the upside and the downside all the time.
