That's absolute bunk. Most of the leading tech companies of today have been serial acquirers, from microsoft, to google, to facebook and everything in between. Look at the history of leading tech companies. WELL is an acquisitive company and it owns companies who are themselves acqusitive. WELL is a leading consolidator and capital allocator in the health services sector with a modernization/digitalization theme.
