why is that odd? I owned shares of CRH and now I own shares of WELL. I invested in WELL because of CRH. I also joined Stockhouse probably 20+ years ago.
people are here to discuss stocks and their investments. I am no different. I'm probably just bringing a bit more experience to the table given my day job.
what seems odd here is this is coming from someone who has no vested interest in WELL. you've made it clear you don't even have a position in the stock, neither long or short, so I'm not exactly sure why you're here.

In the spirit of fairness, to answer your question, the boards are open and free and are not exclusive. I enjoy fundamentals but also a student of human psychology in the markets out of morbid curiosity. :)
