Between Dye & Durham and Well Health Technologies, I would appreciate your opinion as to which of these two companies you would prefer and a short explanation as to why?
We would prefer WELL. While both follow an acquisition strategy, DND has been VERY aggressive with deals, and has run up its debt level. We have more confidence in WELL management but also its business should be inherently more stable, and it has a stronger financial position. (5iResearch)
