Most recently and more importantly Ontario doctor representatives were speaking at the Conference of Municipalities which ends today. By the way this is clearly not just an Ontario problem.
As the "noise" gets louder one could expect that Queen's Park will be receiving the message with a renewed vigour. WELL has demonstrated that a significant portion of their revenue is connected to just that problem. It could be a win-win-win for all involved. Yes, the government ultimately pays out more for the streamlining of the "business" of doctoring (where WELL shines) but doctors can have a larger file of patients (a breather from the constant chatter that more doctors is the solution) and less patients showing up at Emergency Wards (?).
