RE: Price appreciation I wouldnt say it came out of nowhere (any stock with a breakout usually happens quickly) I believe it came from them finallly listening to and implementing what the street has been old them to do (which they have only being doing that less than 2 qtrs now). That is, calm down on the aquisitions and make them focused, concentrate on streamlining all these company's, really start to focus on the bottom line (profitable) reduce debt muliplier and stop issuing shares.
I hope this run is not an impending deal with the Cdn govt (what ever makes you say that?), holy speculation Batman. Private and govt make strange bed fellows and its not what is all cracked up to be. One of the best lines ive ever heard is "Hi I'm from the govt and im here to help you"
