Speaking Coach
I listened to the CEO during the CC and "you know" it was painful. While he is likely quite good at what does he needs help with his speech delivery and vocabulary. His answers often lack clarity (perhaps on purpose) and most annoyingly, he repeated the words "you know" 78 times during his 45 minutes of talking time. This said, that did not, you know, prevent me from adding to my position yesterday!

Action speaks louder than words my friend. Some CEO can speaks all they want but never achieve anything, just like some of our politicians.

the use of sentence'pauses' like you know, ahh, and etc are usually verbal indications of nervousness and uncomfortableness, like hockey players use alot.but this can also mean someone is thinking as they speak.Hammed is articulate, gets his point across and comes across as honest and trustworthy. He thinks before he speaks,I wish everyone would do that!
