HotDogg... today's press release has clarified the financial status of the company. Hamed is doing a great job growing the company...the number of seniors will double in the next 15 years in Canada. This should help the bottom line of Well going forward.

Volatility will continue on the short term, as with any stock. Volatility is a natural part of the markets. However, the business doesn't seem volatile at all. The business is just up and up and up. Not even cyclical! Not even seasonal! Just higher, and higher. Revenues only going one direction, up. It is mindboggling that CRH is generating so much free cash flow. Notice no mention of

It was just mentioned on BNN that WELL management will soon commence a share buy back program... extremely encouraging for the company's shareholders...a wonderful endorsement of the company's success story!!!

This is just one reason why you shouldn't be in the markets.  Their business is actually seasonal and is written in the MD&A as exactly that.  I didn't write the MD&A but I did read it.  So should you.
