RE:WEQ tanks when TSX is up triple digits

RE:WEQ tanks when TSX is up triple digitsClearly WEQ investors are spooked at the prospect of a class action lawsuit with regard to the public offering. I read the prospectus and risk factors are clearly spelled out so I don't see any merit in the lawsuit but I guess that is up to the lawyers to determine.

The question is did the company withhold material news at the time of the offering? Are construction delays and rising contractor costs at the Hydro project material or is that a known risk in this type of business. If business returns to normal in Q4 and in 2015 then a Q3 earnings miss will just be a blip and the lawsuit will not go anywhere. All IMHO.
