Not my first Rodeo.

Not my first Rodeo. Ok I have ridden horses not at a rodeo.

"One of my past jobs was building pensions.

I still consult and manage a few modest retirement portfolios.

Results have been respectable mostly because I detest excessive risk and I like to sniff value where others haven't noticed.

If you told me you borrowed $500k to buy Fortis, then I'd be cheering you on."

I don't come here for advice. I own 3 properties. All paid for.
I have a substantial equity portfolio. I made a ton of money on a gas stock and MRNA. I did VERY well on PREF shares. Not done yet.
Call me lucky if you like. My family calls me a genius. I say I am lucky...and modest.
