Condo pre-sales are terrible . $11000 more than re-sales on average. 2 bed condos have a 6 month wait time for selling which is quite normal. SFH have about 3 months which is pretty tight. More cranes ...more

Even at current valuation, still not cheap enough to attract buyers. Too much debt load here. Pain train. Maybe Dark Brandon will offer buyout at $10 SP. Yeeeesh
