Fine Capital is also an effing joke...they are the controlling shareholder and continue to set up side deals for financing at ridiculously expensive and dilutive terms for minority shareholders (see the last convertible financing for details of this farce).
This company has no business being a publically traded entity and should go through an auction process and sell to the highest bidder...at least then we might see $3 again.
