What other perks does the BOD get?
They do such a good job sleeping through the BOD meetings...I wonder if they get juice boxes and cookies along with their stock comp and fees. What an effing joke these people are!!!

I sold a lot at 97 cents on the dollar, and they were a great holding. Nobody is paying 11%. A LOC is usually prime minus 0.25 this translates to under 7%. This is a reflection

Well, they just refinanced their debt so now they have the money to pay for the debntures... It doesn't look inefficient to me.
