What an effing joke of a company. Spent a fortune on SG&A (including blowing up the investor relations expenses) only to see the stock absolutely get killed. Now they have to raise money to pay off the debt that the idiot ex-CEO said was not an issue. Watch shareholders get wiped out in the next 2 months on a complete recapitalization. They are going to have to issue 500mm shares at 10 cents just to survive!
Meanwhile the BOD is asleep and each member collecting $250K+ per year to watch the whole thing burn down!
