This stock will never recover...management and the BOD do not care about the share price or any shareholder returns

And here I thought it was all OK because of a buyout? Why didn't you sell any shares on the last rally? That would've gotten you farther than your incessant complaining. btw, the management has done plenty to improve the company, the market continues to behave this way due to the current economic outlook. This is actually a good buying opportunity, I've bought and sold several times

I am glad that you have been able to jump in ands out and make money. The float on this stock is not very permissive of that kind of nimble tradind. I unfortunately accumulated a large stake that is not easy to move in and out from. I had a higher regard for management back then.
