200 day MA broken through on no volume. MACD signal line crossing to the downside. All technical pointing to an absolute beating in the next few weeks as they are foreshadowing abysmal results and guidance. Attach your seatbelts cause this stock is going below $1 in the next few weeks. Well done Eric!...your business plan is really working. In less then 12 months the debentures are due. No way they refi in these conditions. It will not be a surprise the next annual report has a going concern statement.

Just sell your stock and get on with your life if you are so unhappy. Life is too short to live with such a chip on your shoulder. Go do something positive.
