Too funny man, we all love said bids.... if they get hit then seemingly the result is soon after dumped. No drilling at this shell.... even if they had cash (which it has only debts as its financial statements seem to suggest as well as crippling amounts of debt in addition to the so called track records of management in mind),,, would this shell put cash towards critically important salaries or drill programs??? Guesses?
