So far, a Prothonotary case management judge has been assigned to the case - this will expedite proceedings hopefully.
It's now a specially managed proceeding - removed from the regular court flow and will proceed according to the orders of the case management judge.
Most recently there was a request made for both aurora and wllw to compare schedules and provide their mutual availability for a case management hearing.
Long and short - nothing majorly new - WLLW still contends that they're not infringing in any way, and has countered by trying to invalidate Aurora's patents (Lol) which is common practice in this type of proceeding.
