RE: RE: Question for Jefe

RE: RE: Question for JefeHi Fishcarrier,

Sorry for the late response, been all over the place the last few days.....   Sam dunker posted this :

Eight Capital's mineral inventory estimate for Fenelon rises to 4.1 MM oz Au. This includes the addition of 100,000 oz within the Gabbro zones, 200,000 oz within both the Cayenne and Tabasco zones, and 150,000 oz within Area 51.

sorry i cant get rid of this underline now!     anyway, when i did my napkin math, i was using factual numbers from company press releases for the strike lengths, ie. main gabbro, 200mx150mx200m.   What i guesstimated at was the avg grade (which can vary A LOT) and pegged it at 5g/t, based on the bulk sample was 18.   however this is open to interpration.  I guesstimate 5g/t someone else might say 1g/t, cutting it by 4/5 ths.  I used lengthxwidthxdepth x rock density  which gave me how many tones, at a certain # of grams per ton, and then from there how many ozs is that.      what eight capital did was talk abou the drills, length / g/t and then give their estimate.  they did not give or show their math like i did.  They also used the term "in our opinion" wehen giving their esitmates for the gabbro, lower Tabasco, and Area 51 totoal ozs,  so there is a degree of "interpration" with theirs as well.

other differences are , I inlcuded the lower tabasco and area 51 together (1 g/t i believe) whereas they did them seperatly.  Additionally, i also included the speculation of an  800m extension of area 51 based on the 800 m step out that hit (i think) 44 g/t over half a meter.    This was all guestimates (hence the term napkin math) on my part.  The reason I showed my math was to allow others to check it for errors, see what i was thinking, and how i got there.   Mine was more of a "IF" they have X grade over X amount of lenght, width, and depth, "THEN" the math says there could be X amount of ozs. ---**and i also stated that my estimates were for the ENTIRE fenelon property, AFTER it had been completly drilled** - so i was using factual numbers and math, but also speculation of the total end result.   If i had it to do over again, I would make several changes, and talk only of what they actually had at that time and leave out any speculation.  I do believe there could be 10 million ozs or much more, but it  will always and only depend on what the drills find and how big and rich the zones get.  Therefore I am not going to do any more napkin math or guesstimates on this, i will leave that to the company, as they are the professionals.

I hope that helps clear things up for you.....and sorry for ther underlining, i can t get rid of it!!
