RE:RE:Bye bye price spikeThis deal was in the works long before the current price spike probably when the price was in the low $1 range. They did the deal again without warrants so this is closer to the true value at that time. Warrants only make it harder to evaluate the transaction in the favour of the buyers. I believe that no warrants makes wallbridge more valuable because it is rare for a junior to be able to do a PP without issuing warrants and I believe this gives the company huge credibility.
