I would think the greater resources enjoyed by the now combined company or to be combined company would give them more cash, if desired, with which to offer a buyout. However, I would also think the necessary approvals Etc before the Kirkland Lakes / a e m merger would delay any potential offer 4 Walbridge until after the likely final settlement of everything estimated to be March 2022. I wouldn't think they would want to muddy the waters with going out with another offer while their first transaction is not yet even consummated.. Thoughts from others?
