Call today?Dukes I think a "perplexed" call to Wally might clarify the following: We withdrew our appeal because i) we have no chance of winning since Inco has the goods locked up. ii) we are forging an agreement with Inco and our shareholders will be happy. At least you can vent all our frustration at being told "we are not at liberty to comment any further". Doesn't the TSE have regulations about disclosure?
