Sprott holdings
Sprott added 2,088,000 shs on 5/11/21 for a total 163 Mill (19.98%)
and added perssonally 2,550,000 shares (initial position) on 06/30/21 (.31%)

I don't know where you get your figures from but Sprott has been heavy in WM for years.

Sprott's initial investment came in late 2018. Soon after that he bought an NSR on Fenelon so his investment goes further than shares.
