Not really. Most of those shares were given to him as low cost options as part of his compensation package. He probably paid 10c a share.

Yes but he has lost a lot of value no matter the cost to him.

True but plenty more cheap options to come for him in the future. I don't think he "suffers" in the same way as someone who invested at $1 or even at 50c.
