stock price not right according to data

Gold is moving up and the US dollar index is moving down.  That should put pressure on the stock to move up.  Walbridge's stock price has been at substantially higher levels with lower gold prices and with a much higher us dollar index so this is not making much sense, something has to give.  Clearly the stock is being held down.

Newbie.  LOL!  Okay then explain the disconnect occuring with the stock price of this gold company when the US dollar index jus hit a new 52 week low and gold prices are moving up significantly?
