Time to buy?

What is this stock doing? Was like $6 a short while ago now it's almost $3. Is it time to buy or what is going on here? Why it's plummeting like this? Didn't they just bring in 74 million in q3?

Westport needs for natural gas to be cheaper than diesel on an energy basis. This was happening in N.America between 2006 when the shale boom started and 2014 when the shale boom was so successful it forced oil prices doiwn. This was when WPT went up to almost 50. While natgas prices were depressed an LNG industry was developed in the US to export the extra natgas overseas where natgas prices were ...more

Are we finally at the bottom???? Or are we going lower still. Hard to think this company sp will drop lower than this given they became profitable this year and have no debt based on articles I read.
