MR. FYNN

MR. FYNNYou talk about being a long term investor in the market. but in the same breath you raise the question about whether WPX will be bought out by a major or develop their own property into a mine. WPX is an exploration company and has no intention of developing a mine. Juniors such as WPX are not able to raise a billion dollars plus . Yes there are cases where junior mining companies have taken properties to production but in most cases they fail, the reason being that if a major does not want them in most cases they are not going to be efficient or profitable. I have great respect for the management of WPX and believe that they will negotiate a buyout sometime in the future. I have over 50,000 shares and will hold until there is a buyout.
