Treadnimbly

Treadnimbly

The 2 big kittens in the potash space (Potash Corp and Mosaic) which are the same size as each other should imitate the mobile phone operators. They take turns on taking out and sometimes killing pesky competitors.  Mosaic and Potash Corp should do this but they never have in recent times.

Most global diversified miners such as Vale, Rio Tinto and BHP are all "potashed out"  I do not know about Xstrata but their plate is full integrating.

Multi metal miners such as Teck will eventually migrate to potash but when?  Teck has deep relations with China so a combo where Teck is the operator and minority owner with China providing a lot of capital and lots of debt at 4% could be a winning formula for everyone.    Milestone is big enough to boost production to 6 million tons by 2022.  This scale might be enough to supply nearly all of China needs;  goodbye Canpotex.

At  $2 a share an acquisitor would be geting a bargain.
