THIS IS MY LAST POST

THIS IS MY LAST POST

If you people are so blind to the facts that not even this will sway you (you haven't read this because it's burried in the Feasability study,,,,and don't say you have read this, hardly anyone reads this stuff)/. Recommendations from INDEPENDANT report writer.  If you think there is a chance in hell someone will fund this anytime soon, when there is no where near the demand for Potash that warrants new mines, you are on Crack.

$3 Billion To Get This to Opening. You can count the number of $3 Billion financings in Canada on one hand (and that's prob for a few years)....but you think WPX will do one that big??  Last post because if this doesn't convince you, nothing will....you are drinking the purple kool-aid at this point and lost from reality ...here are the facts:

26.0 RECOMMENDATIONS
Should the WPX Board decide to proceed with development of the Milestone Project,
WPX should contract with an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM)
firm and proceed with detailed engineering, long-lead item procurement, and infrastructure
(water, power, etc.) upgrades necessary for production. General recommendations for the
Milestone Project include:

Phase 1
1. Conclude the environmental approval through the SMOE Environmental Impact Analysis
process. Estimated cost: $0.25 million.
2. Complete a value engineering exercise for the Milestone Project. Estimated cost: $0.5
million.
3. Complete the necessary detailed engineering and procurement activities so as to allow for
a construction start in 2013. Estimated cost: $2 million.
4. Finalize contract for engineering and supply of evaporation and crystallization
equipment. Estimated cost: $225 million.
5. Purchase all other long-lead equipment. Estimated cost: $50 million, payment terms on
equipment to be determined.
Phase 2
1. Detailed engineering and procurement of plant facilities and equipment. Estimated cost:
$170 million.
2. Construction of Milestone Project infrastructure, plant and well field. Estimated cost:
$2.47 billion
