RE:Simple Math

RE:Simple MathI gather POT woul love to have its fingers in WPX but there's no way the cdn gov will give them a green light to increase their monoloply in canada. k&S is a round about way to do so at a price they seem content to throw money at to accomplish such a goal. Besides of course regaining their ability to control global prices with that much supply control under their belts. Heard of Saudi Arabia? oil ? Besides , Pot had the chance to snatch legacy but did not act. I suspect due to cdn gov. I'd venture to guess Rio T is the top candiate . Pats previous ties with the co, adjacent land, no water rights and aboriginal challenges and WPx milestone surrounds rio property. Now the proof is in the pudding with the new scoping study at $315 potash with irr aroundc25% they woul be foolish not to seriously consider a JV . If another major or Sovern Weath fund snaps it up rios ppty could be just dead land.congratsbto Pat and his team on coming up with a creative solution. Not what we hoped for but given the environment and likelihood of a full fluted deal getting done this is as good as it gets. I seriously doubt Pat will sell out and push for a JV .. Nor will the vast majority of shareholders given they apwould likely still be underwater at a reasonable buyout
