RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WPX dual listing in HK?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WPX dual listing in HK?While im fine with alternating opinions It pisses me off when people post vastly incorrect information which is not a matter of opinion ... I'm guilty myself (on rare occasions) . But those who spew innacurate info whether intentionally or by lack of knowledge should bugger off. Plenty enough trolls to deal with on these boards as it is . The simple fact of the ownership by T is they are protecting their 51% by stating that is WPX were to take on any other equity partners prior to the deal closing that whatever the new share allocation looked like T would still maintain 51% on the new allocation in total upon closing of the deal. They are protecting their majority against and dilutive events prior to closing and ensuring controlling interest upon signing of the deal. like China Blue excercizing its right to the extra equity stake and therefore altering the current share float before the finalization of the deal with T. That would reuce T's 51% lower unless additional shares are issued to T to maintain the 51%  ownership of the new aggregate total upon closing .
