Was not WPX the closest to actually producing?  Why then is their shareprice dropping?

A reflection on their leadership?  Reading through SEDAR's February 18 Information Circular it states:

The trend shown by this (page 9) graph does not reflect the trend in the Company’s compensation to executive officers over this period. During this period, the executive compensation was generally increasing, as the Company was experiencing significant growth while the shareholder return was declining due to disruptions in the financial, junior resource and potash markets.

What significant growth are they talking about?
