RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is the rally for WPX over?Potash news has lumped the whole sector into the crapper.. Yet, the market seems to be mising the point. WPX , Enconto and other Jr's are going to be winners at the end of the day. China and India do not want to be held hostage by Cantopex and Russian monopolys. So they are buying producing assets to secure future supplies and control pricing to some degree. Which in turn gives their farmers price stability, supply security and in turn food security for their populations. All of which is supported by their goverments efforts in partnership with private companys which are for profit. These companies provide all this security at a reasonable investment return for their capital. It;s a win win all around and the big boys are going to be the loosers with this formula. They cannot compete price wise with these low OPEX producers .. provided the technology is proven successfull. So despite excess supply and a low price enviroment these Jr's will be the benefactors with secured offtake agreements and profits built in at a reasonable margin. The market will eventually see the light..
