This James Moore fellow seems to have a history of being somewhat connected in the Canadian government, so it would appear that's why he's been elected to Chairman of the board. Just a guess.
It's obvious they want to broaden their reach in the minerals area in Canada and do more with the Chinese on the other side. I would expect to hear something from them on a possible move into another resource fairly soon. What it would be is anyone's guess.
