Tear Down the $0.75 Wall

720k shares at .75. How fast can we chew through them?
Comment by hotshorty on May 30, 2013 2:23pm
The wall just split in half roughly to put a new lower wall at .71

is that the same wall of 650.000 shares (equal to your whole day's volume) at .71 or a new wall you'll tear down before the ones behind it....legit question ronald reaganites

Net house buys and sells don't really matter. These institutions aren't prop trading this stock for their own accounts, these big blocks are just being traded by people like you or me through those brokers. In case you guys do care here are the net house numbers for today so far.     Nethouse Display 5/30/2013 15:16    ...more

you show me the statutes and rules of any  brand name institutional vehicle (ie fund)  in Canada or the USA that can touch a stock this small and I will shut up for good....no institution can buy this right now -- even the risk tolerable ones, this is tooooo small, too risky, and too broken down.

mrbigone - I'm afraid you are wrong about Funds being unable to buy Wpx. KRN is a junior potash company with a small market cap just like wpx and they have  about 55% institutional ownership(some of the smaller holdings are not listed below).   So clearly funds can purchase wpx. I believe Wpx has 2.5% of their float owned by funds.   GSFC (India) 19.9% R. Phinney (CEO ...more

Back in the early 80's I had  a new IPO . I had no idea what the business was whatbtheybwere doing as it didn't exist yet. I believe the initial price was .10 cents per share and I had 10k of them.  I sold them for around .50 and was OK with the little profit. Well years later I would have been much happier. I thought the company had something to do with movies.  The company ...more

dude -- KRN has a $7 share price and several patents, not to mention millions in cash through recent financings. That's what instiutions can buy -- not WPX, broke, cow pasture, no dance partners, warts all over, bad lipstick on the pig lol  ;)

Lol. Sounds like you've had a shot of the clap their little one.

Once again you refuse to do any research, but continue spew nonsense. Institutional holders of WPX have included Sprott Asset Management, Front Street Capital, Blumont Capital, amoung others.   As for your checklist.  -Volume plummeting??  Sure it was down from what it was for most of this week, but it was higher today than the 3 month average.  I wouldn't say it's ...more
