Where is the mine?

Pilot project? Small scale? Can it still make a profit from current price of potash? Time is money - office rental, wages, stock options, directors' fees, etc. etc..... Like a candle burning at both ends.
You don't wait for potash price sky high then start building the mine.  As long as there's a profit to be made, it should proceed full steam ahead.  Market doesn't like just talk and no action.

At this price, the stock is still a huge bargain. It has great amount of cash. The new owners have the capacity of financing easily. It's easily worth the money they initially put in which was .30 cents. Mind you probably more as they were doing a stock buy back for two years at. 20cent range. Engineering is complete by January. Sky is limit. Well maybe not so high.
