One thing he's possibly lying about....the cap ex.  There is no way on Earth that the cost to build this is the same as a decade ago...not even close.  Many of the projects I follow (Ascot for example) announced 20% increase in cap ex just months after their construction decisions....everything costs more now....everything.  So for him to claim the cap ex hasn't changed is ...more

Hot rolled steel hits RECORD prices.....hello?  Think they need a lot of steel up in the Yukon?  How about fuel...check those prices lately?  The cap ex here is going to explode and I'm quite sure Rio knows this.  You won't get an offer over $3....prolly less than that.
