RE:Observation and Question

RE:Observation and QuestionI compare market cap to resource.  Market cap it the product of #shares X share price, so looking at share price doesn't mean much.  Consider if Sabina did a share split.  The share price would be $1.32, the number of shares would double yet market cap would be the same.
What I would look at based on the info in your post is market cap / oz.

WRN has 38 times more gold than Sabina but have 195 times greater market cap.  From this perspective Sabina has more upside value than WRN by a factor 5.2

  WRN  Sabina

# Shares             115,694,000              325,874
Share Price  $                        1.43  $                2.61
Market Cap  $        165,442,420  $         850,531            195
Oz               21,000,000              557,000               38

Cap per oz ratio                            7.88                     1.53
                          5.2
