RE:RE:Specifics of Kaminak/Goldcorp Deal

RE:RE:Specifics of Kaminak/Goldcorp DealSteve, one other key piece of info, price of gold when buyout occurred was $1278 -US which is about $570/oz-US less than today's closing price of $1,848/oz - US.
Kaminak Gold gave the shareholders 3 options, sell all Kaminak Gold shares and exit, sell partial Kaminak Gold shares and buy Gold Corp shares, or convert all Kaminak Gold shares to Gold Corp shares.

I ended up selling all my Kaminak shares at $2.62 and then rolled the money into Victoria Gold & a Dalradian Gold property in Ireland. Sold off Victoria Gold before their 25:1 rollback occurred, and eventually moved into WRN about 2 years ago.

I knew about WRN when I was a shareholder at Kaminak, as several Kaminak shareholders had also owned WRN shares. It was a matter of time before I came to WRN and I was glad I did.
Now a waiting game, another year or so if it drags out.
