Market Sentiment

Marine, you brought up Market Sentiment as to WRN's chances. I offer a recent snapshot:

https://mobile.twitter.com/SeekingAurum/status/1610975497659334656

The tweet is responding to a recently released PEA for Northwest Copper. NPV $340m, CAPEX $440m. Original poster wonders who would finance a project wherein capital costs are higher than the NPV, and Seeking Aurum says he also wonders who in his right mind would finance Casino, given our cost:NPV ratio.

Look at the snarky picture captioned "If Capex is higher than NPV, project is uneconomic. Change my mind."

Two things: first, he's a moron. The N in NET Present Value, necessarily considers CAPEX. Theoretically, a project with $1 NPV is economic.

Second, look at who posted it. Does the name ring any bells? Kai Hoffman hosts some mining podcast, that Paul went on to discuss the (then) recent Rio deal.

Paul, stop talking to all these people. We're wasting time & money on these conferences, webinars and whatever else. They're not taking us seriously, just taking our money. Release the info, we'll & be done with it.

Or at least stop all conferences and just focus on getting the application in.

jclarke I agree,  ""Release the info, we'll & be done with it. "" I think "Market Sentiment" will change / move along when drill results and most of all met results are released. Lets hope this pushes the share price closer to $3.00 to $4.00 CDN,,, then we will know WRN is a serious buyout play ! IMO M2

I agree, Marine!  Also, I believe Paul is deliberately delaying results.  I believe he won't release anything until panel review is released. Get the audience first. wrn and rio still have a major t to be crossed. that's why things got extended.  i received this email from the assay company a few months back:  I’m sorry but I am unable to provide you with any details. ...more

I agree with the fact that Paul is avoiding the release of results. 99% done for 4 months???  He needs to get the market cap up and has few tools to do that. I'm hopeful that one tool in the tool kit involves some competitive tension and that is used in conjunction with the met results to move the SP to a point where a decent premium is offered and we all are happy. Other than being fully ...more

it's amazing someone can't simply "change his mind" by referring to the below https://a.co/d/c180mzE So let me get this straight, these moderators would rather have cash flow 1 than cash flow 2 as a purely hypothetical example if given the opportunity to choose??? Year Cash Flow1 Cash Flow2 1  $  & ...more
