Q3: is permitting the reason for the low price?

Hi all (again)

Final question

Q3: is permitting the sole reason for the low price?

I know NEM recently got permitting and I know the goverment is
investing in roads which will provide access to casino.

I see no real timeline of the permitting process.

is this literally 50/50?
or is it more like 80/20

Does anyone know? Any idea what the mood in yukon is?

Thanks

Filo trades at 24 bucks because they report 1600 meters of 1.25% copper. We report 3 meters of .43% copper.

Hi jclarke042   I think your talking about this  FSDH054: total intercept of 1,224m @ 1.26% CuEq I missed this because I didn't understand it.   so why is this not reflected in their NPV calculations?  is this part of the (Proven/Measured/Indicated).  as in its a new discovery so they dont add it to NPV? Thanks

No one knows for sure. Many speculate perception that grade low, capex high, infrastructure challenges in Yukon , management communication, etc. I'm hoping for any offer from a major ( to a 40% or so premium to current market cap)....and if no one else bids higher...then so be it!  others want to wait until fiat currency reset in hopes we sell for $3B. Personally speaking...if I ...more

Rio was aware of grade, Capex, location, etc, etc, etc, etc before they even made the investment. They then checked it out for themselves and then signed the extension. Nothing new here. They have always been aware and they are still in. Not sure about others but for Rio it's only about price now.

Agreed. I was just answering question related to valuation slide on WRN deck. In fact , none of those comps are even normalized... WRN for example on our 15% NPV could be using 8% discount and Solgold could be using 5%. WRN could use $3.6 cu and others could use $3.8. Then again some could have 4 year old PFS and ours could be only 1 year old FS.  Bottom line though...I think everyone ...more

Hi Sooner I understand this part is a major unknown but is it really that unknown. I mean NEM got permitting and the goverment is investing in road, this seems like a positive? howeve there is no timeline anywhere, will it take 1 year, 3 years, 5 years? Also why 40% premium to current market cap, based on WRN_Corporate_Presentation_Jan_2023 slide 24 & 25, WRN is massively undervalued ...more
