WRN just a startup , Even WRN has been listed public, it has ZERO revenue and buring money  year by year. Even a samll startup, they has more or less some revenue.  Last year. They burn much money on useless drilling aiming for game changer. What they got from last year buring? If they got nothing last year. Should they continue to get options compensation for last year performance? No. Hell no.

It apply to a exploration business.  I know that WRN, per your prior board comments, is your only Junior mining EXPLORER.  You need to understand different business and expectations.  Junior mining explorers only provide ROI when they get bought out.  That's it.  They are also HIGH risk.  Not all,
