Boy did Paul sell out nicely.

He knew this thing would go down in a vacuum. He knows no deal is imminent.  Maybe non existent.  Shrewd snake.

When can we get information on 300k excercise options from SEDI?
Comment by Pinegrove1 on Feb 24, 2023 1:56pm
I went on SEDI and it appears 5 days to report however Paul sold on Feb 3rd and reported on Feb 17th. Unless I'm reading it wrong. I'm getting transaction info from WRN.CEO.   It has a section on SEDI reporting.

The value of his options drop at the same rate for him as our shares do for us. Only difference is that he has alot more shares than us. Our interests are aligned. Options become shares. The only argument is whether he should get them in the first place. They were awarded 5 years ago. You really should just sell and move on. You don't like management. Someday I will sell and just move on. But not right now. Once i still hold some shares, I have rights to challenge them, they hurt shareholders, Of course they didn't hurt bag holders.

Never sold other then for charity. Paul is in it for himself. Obviously he'd like it to be sold but he don't mind it lingering. Nice salary nice perks.  Warrants and options. Sell high in open market after ...more

He recently sold at high. It went to 2.60 Canadian. I know cause I bought in 2.3 to 2.5 range. Thought that was good. Went to 2.6 and crashed 30 percent in 3 weeks. One main catalyst. Paul.  I probably am one of the fools that bought some of his shares.
