Has Paul Let Me Down?

This is the complete opposite of skin in the game. Right when insiders should be buying to gain investor confidence, Paul has turned around a dumped a few shares. Does not sit well. Explanation?

In the last few months, I have lost a bit on WRN. Still, well in the green with WRN, but the gap is closing. In the past three months or so, I have nearly trippled my value on Adventus/Silvercorp shares. This does not reflect well on WRN, right when other Copper, Gold, and Silver miners are shooting. Trying to make sense of it all. Trying to remain loyal. But it has never been harder. IF I sold off all my WRN shares a few months ago and put into Adventus/Silvercorp shares, I would have made a killing.

Now, Adventus/Silvercorp gains are almost cancelled out by WRN losses. Trying hard to believe. The only concellation is that I had common sense to put into Adventus/Silvercorp (extra powder I had kicking around).

I was caught up in the euphoria of Sandeep coming on board. Now, I see this as a see-saw position for another two, three, or four years. I have waited 16 years and never sold one share. Only accumulated. Goal posts keep getting moved. Passing up opportunities. How do others see recent developments? I like Sandeep. But I personally think this will be a long wait. I'm tired.

Yes, Paul has let us down, this is not the first time. Remember the tax planning sell off of shares he did the last time. I will be witholding my votes for board nominations and will be witholding all votes for compensation via shares / options going forward - we need our senior management supporting in the open market not selling and then exercising cheap options to give the illusion of " ...more

It seems that Steven regret for defending Paul when he dumped shares. The logic is creay: Paul dump share for execute the option which we grant him to add our value and increase our share price. We spend money to someone who tank the share price. Ridiculous.

You should definitely email Sandeep and express your concern explaining what happened with Paul last year and how he was supposed" to end up with even more shares than he had before the sale." His sale timing, which was half an average day volume, coincided with the price drop last week.  Hardly in the interest of shareholders, more like self serving.
